Niels Martin Viuff, a Danish entrepreneur, is building an apartment complex that requires tenants to own a pupper. The dream for any dog lover.
According to a report from The Local, the building will be called "Hundehuset,” which translates to "the Dog House." It will be constructed in the Frederikssund Municipality on the island of Zealand in eastern Denmark.

The building is set to have 18 apartments, and it will only allow dogs that weigh less than 100 pounds. Some highlighted features -- suggested by the Danish Kennel Club -- include sturdier flooring and a garden where dogs can get wet and play around.
"This is super exciting, it’s innovative, and we look forward to following progress and seeing how the project develops," Lise Lotte Christensen, the kennel club's behavior consultant, told The Local. "Dogs wear things out, they have their outdoor shoes on all year round. They don’t take their shoes off in the hallway."
Don't worry, cat lovers. The team behind this project will not be discriminating against cats. Plans for another apartment complex reserved for cat owners is also a possibility.
"I can imagine that we could make [an apartment complex] for cat owners too. That is on the drawing board," Viuff said.
Take note America, this is the kind of infrastructure we need.
