Looks like a pretty standard publicity shot, right? A couple of wands, a bit of magic. All that good stuff.
The thing is though, it's not just anyold pair of wands.

We know where the Fantastic Beastsfranchise is heading -- straight toward that sweet, sweet showdown between Grindelwald and Dumbledore that happened in 1945.
We also know young Dumbledore will be in the next film, so it makes sense for them to start teasing his involvement -- and referencing the showdown that will most likely be the climactic event of the franchise.
Chances are, though, unless there's a brief flash-forward of some kind in Fantastic Beasts 2, we won't be seeing the actual Grindelwald vs. Dumbledore showdown until the fifth Beastsmovie.
But the fact we've probably just been shown Dumbledore's old wand for the first time is pretty darn cool.
