Disney+ is OKASANNOANARU-02plumping up its offerings with a handful of upcoming unscripted shows, Disney announced with new details on Wednesday.
The lineup of shows includes National Geographic's Meet the Chimps, brainy competition show The Maze, an untitled series that looks behind the scenes of Pixar's SparkShorts program, and a reboot of the 2014 fantasy-based competition show The Quest.
The Questaired for one season in 2014 on ABC, and while it didn't find success at first, it sounds like it could be a fun show that could work on a new platform. The teenaged contestants on The Questare dropped into the fantasy world of Everealm and have to come face to face with magical challenges.
The other competition show coming to Disney+, The Maze, pairs up teens and adults in two-person teams that have to solve riddles and use clues to bop around the world Amazing Race-style.
Meet the Chimpsis a docuseries that looks inside the animal sanctuary Chimp Haven, which is 200 acres of forested land in Louisiana that more than 300 chimps call home.
The fourth series that looks at Pixar's SparkShorts delves into the process of how Pixar's shorts are created and the people that help bring them to life.

Since The Mandalorianended, there hasn't really been much reason to keep a Disney+ subscription going for people who are looking for new content. Disney is surely hoping that some of these series will help keep people paying, and possibly bring some new people to the service who are into reality shows.
