Gilmore Girls' Kirk Gleason is South Korea Movies | Adult Movies Onlinea man of many hats, taking whatever job he can (or creating his own) to make some money in the small town of Stars Hollow.
In the '90s and early-'00s, Kirk had dozens of jobs, from selling one-of-a-kind mailboxes to delivering the town's mail to working at a video rental store. But with the modern-day season of Gilmore Girlsapproaching, his resume could use a modern-day update.
SEE ALSO: Critics weigh in on the 'Gilmore Girls' revivalBased on Kirk's various skills and unending gumption to occupy himself with money-making activities throughout the first seven seasons of Gilmore Girls, we've thought of some jobs that Kirk could have in the four-part miniseries Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, debuting on Netflix Nov. 25.
Kirk is no stranger to giving people a ride -- remember his short-lived pedicab service? If only he used a car instead of a bike, he could've lasted longer than one ride. Uber is the perfect fit for Kirk, and if Stars Hollow doesn't have Uber yet, he could make his own taxi service.
Making random things and selling them online sounds like a natural fit for Kirk. He already knows how to make trendy T-shirts (example above), he just needs the right platform to distribute them to the masses.
Who wouldn't listen to podcast created by Kirk? Whether he fills his episodes with random ramblings on life's omnipresent quandaries or keeps his listeners updated on the happenings of Stars Hollow, Kirk could have a hit on his hands.
He may not be the most knowledgable person when it comes to technology, but at the very least Kirk has a willingness to learn. Helping people with their Apple product issues would be a great way for Kirk to get some IT experience under his belt. Plus he already knows how to use a screwdriver.
Kirk hasn't had a ton of experience in the food industry outside of serving, but he probably picked up a few key skills while working in Sookie's kitchen for that brief period of time. The food truck would do great at Stars Hollow's many annual events, as long as he receives the correct permits from Taylor Doosey.
Kirk may not be the most physically impressive human specimen in Stars Hollow, but he sure knows how to make it work with what he's got. Imagining him at the front of a spinning class with a sweatsuit and headset on isn't very difficult, although he may have a difficult time being authoritative enough to motivate his patrons.
Out of all the jobs Kirk has had in his life, "delivery person" may be the title he's held the most. With experience in delivery everything from mail to flowers to swans, Kirk gets the job done. The people of Stars Hollow would probably be thrilled to have food from Luke's Diner or Al's Pancake World delivered right to their doors.
If Kirk has one thing, it's personality. Whether he would just photographing and documenting the life of Kirk or working as a brand ambassador for the town of Stars Hollow, Kirk would undoubtedly find success on Instagram. As long as he remembers to take the lens cap off the camera.
After his attempt at creating anti-wrinkle skin product Hay There, why wouldn't Kirk take a shot at brewing his own beer? Surely Kirk would jump into the craft-brewing craze that's been sweeping the nation. Again, he may need to get the right permits from Taylor.
Whether or not Kirk has moved out of his mother's house in the years between season seven and A Year in the Life, he most certainly would hop on being an Airbnb host as soon as he heard about the service. Plus, he sat in on Lorelai's meeting at the Dragonfly Inn, expressly stating he may want to open his own inn someday. Airbnb seems like a step in the right direction for Kirk.
