The Obscene Wifecrowd of Kanye West's Saint Pablo Tour is typically packed with celebrities, but one guest at Tuesday night's show was more important than most.
Cameron Sterling, the oldest son of Alton Sterling, spent his 16th birthday at Yeezy's show at the Forum in Los Angeles and went backstage to meet the rapper and his wife, Kim Kardashian West.

Alton Sterling was fatally shot by police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on July 5, 2016. West and Kardashian West both memorialized his life on social media at the time. The couple has been vocal in their support for Black Lives Matter and gun control in America.

Just after Sterling's death, Kardashian West penned an essay about raising a black son in America.
"I want my children to grow up knowing that their lives matter," she wrote. "I do not ever want to have to teach my son to be scared of the police, or tell him that he has to watch his back because the people we are told to trust—the people who 'protect and serve' — may not be protecting and serving him because of the color of his skin."
