The Ohio University and Georgia Southern football teams are scheduled to meet in the 2023 Myrtle Beach Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 16 at Brooks Stadium in Conway, South Carolina. The game is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. ET. 

Ohio University enters the matchup 9-3 overall. Most recently, Ohio beat Akron 25-14 on Nov. 24. Georgia Southern comes into the contest 6-6 overall. On Nov. 25, Appalachian State defeated GA Southern 55-27. The Myrtle Beach Bowl is scheduled to be the first meeting between the Ohio University and Georgia Southern football programs.
