For $60 less, I’ll deal with a few cosmetic scuffs if it still sounds like a dream and plays nice with my PS5.
I think what makes this headset a standout is the combo of planar magnetic drivers and PlayStation Link tech. It delivers that low-latency, high-fidelity audio that makes every game sound like it was mixed in a studio instead of a broom closet. Explosions rumble, footsteps whisper, and every in-game insult hits just a bit harder. It’s immersive in the best, most distracting way.
The mic is retractable and powered by AI-enhanced noise rejection. I’ve used plenty of headsets that made me sound like I was phoning in from a submarine. This one? Clear, crisp, and natural.
